By purchasing a leaf on our Memory Tree, not only will you keep the memory of your loved one alive – you will help us make sure we can continue to offer compassionate supportive and end of life care the hundreds of people we help every day, 365 days a year.
Your leaf will be engraved with your loved one's name and will be displayed on the Memory Tree for 12 months. At the end of this period, you will have the option to donate again and keep the leaf on the Tree, or the leaf can be sent to you – yours to keep forever.

The colour of the leaves on our Memory Tree were inspired by the year round colours of the beautiful Liquidambar tree that stood in the garden of the original Hospice building.
Our delightful, hand-sculpted Memory Tree with its metalic leaves has been created for us by artist Claudia Ashley-Brown. Each piece has been made with love, so that the memory of your loved one can live on and help fund vital palliative and end-of-life care for patients and their families.
All our services are free, but this is only possible due to the generosity of our amazing community. The Government/NHS only provide 25% of our costs, so we need to raise over £30,000 every day to provide our vital services.
