Get ready to pop the kettle on and slice the cake – it’s nearly Bake & Brew time! This October, Phyllis Tuckwell is inviting you to bring family, friends and work colleagues together to share a slice of cake and a tea, coffee or even hot chocolate, in return for a donation to support local hospice care.

From coffee mornings to afternoon teas, you can really make this cosy fundraiser your own. Host it at home, at work, in your local village hall or at your kids' school, and add a theme, games or raffle if you like - the choice is yours! Ask those coming to make a donation for their drinks and cakes, with all the money raised going towards funding the specialist hospice care that Phyllis Tuckwell provides for local patients and families living with an advanced or terminal illness.
Phyllis Tuckwell provides its expert palliative and end of life care at its Hospice in Farnham, Beacon Centre in Guildford, and in patients' own homes and care homes across West Surrey and North East Hampshire, helping more people get the support they need when it matters most. It provides all of its care free of charge, but as the NHS/Government only covers around 25% of its costs, it has to raise over £30,000 every single day to do this. You can help – simply by enjoying some lovely tea and cake with family and friends!
Every brew makes a difference, so pick a date, grab your apron, rally your cake-loving crew, and turn tea and treats into compassionate care! Register for your free Bake & Brew fundraising pack by visiting www.pth.org.uk/bake-and-brew* calling 01252 729446 or emailing fundraising@pth.org.uk
