There are only a few weeks to go until the incredible Music in the Park returns to Farnborough.
Held in aid of local Hospice Care charity Phyllis Tuckwell, and kindly organised by the Rotary Club of Farnborough, this fantastic weekend music event will be held on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July, at Farnborough’s King George V Playing Fields.

Saturday’s line-up will feature music from three amazing tribute acts. New Jovi, the ultimate tribute to Bon Jovi, will rock the stage with their energetic and authentic performances of greatest hits including Livin’ on a Prayer, You Give Love a Bad Name and Runaway. Next up, The UB40 Experience, fronted by international Ali Campbell tribute vocalist and former 'Stars in your Eyes' live grand finalist Andy Bagnall, will have you grooving to songs including Red Red Wine, Kingston Town and I Got You Babe. The final act of the night is Tony Lewis, with his amazing Robbie Williams tribute act, covering the star’s greatest hits, from boyband favourites, through swing, right up to modern classics. On Sunday, Lost in Music will take you back to the 70’s & 80’s dancefloor, with fantastic disco tracks covering artists such as Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Earth, Wind & Fire, Sister Sledge and Chic. Phyllis Tuckwell’s pop-up shop will also be at the event, along with many food and refreshment vendors.
“Music in the Park is such a brilliant event, which really brings the local community together to have a fantastic time in aid of a vital cause,” said Laura Moody, events manager at Phyllis Tuckwell. “Over the years it has raised an amazing £525,000 for Phyllis Tuckwell, helping us to continue providing our specialist palliative and end of life care for local patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness such as cancer. We would like to thank the Rotary Club of Farnborough for organising this event, and the event sponsors: Farnborough Airport, Herrington Carmichael, Rio Homes, Branston Adams, RM Carpets, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, The British Motor Show and Davies, Blunden & Evans.”
Every day, Phyllis Tuckwell supports over 250 patients, relatives and carers, through medical and nursing care, therapies, counselling, social work advice and practical support, but as the NHS/Government only cover around 25% of its costs, it has to raise over £25,000 every day to do this. By coming along to Music in the Park, you'll help it raise this money, and enjoy an unforgettable weekend of music!
Gates will open at 5pm each day; concerts start from 7.15pm; grand firework finale at approximately 10pm. Tickets are £35 for adults (£40 if bought on the day). Children aged 6-17 £10 and under-6 free.
