People running in colourful fun run

Dash of Colour will take place on Saturday 4th July at 1pm, at Frimley Lodge Park. It is open to participants of all ages and offers both a 2.5k and a 5k route, which you can walk, jog or run at your own pace. Along the route, you will be showered with colourful powder paint, to celebrate the opening of your amazing new Hospice this spring and the colour that Phyllis Tuckwell's compassionate care brings to the lives of its patients and their families.

You can register with family, friends or work colleagues, and may like to take part in memory of a loved one that Phyllis Tuckwell cared for. Registration will include a Dash of Colour t-shirt and a powder paint sachet, which you can use on the day to get the event off to a colourful start! By getting sponsored to take part, you’ll raise much-needed funds for Phyllis Tuckwell. With your new Hospice opening this spring, it’s so important that this vital local charity has the money it needs to be able to continue providing its specialist care to local patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness.

“We’re so excited that your new Hospice will be opening this spring, and thrilled that Dash of Colour is back to help us celebrate!” said Ruth Masters, fundraising manager at Phyllis Tuckwell. “Dash is such a fun, uplifting event, and the money it raises is so important in helping to fund our ongoing care. We need to raise over £30,000 every single day to be able to provide our care, and our local community is so important in helping us do this. Dash of Colour is a fabulously fun event that we can all come together to enjoy, and at the same time help support local hospice care for the whole community.”

Please help us

All our services are free, but this is only possible due to the generosity of our amazing community. The Government/NHS only provide 25% of our costs, so we need to raise over £30,000 every day to provide our vital services.

Please donate what you can to help keep hospice care available to all those in our community who need us.
