Phyllis Tuckwell provides specialist palliative and end of life care for patients, families and carers who really need its support this Christmas. It has 18 shops across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire, where you can find sparkly shoes and party dresses, snuggly jumpers and cosy scarves, elegant ornaments, gripping novels, silly games, cuddly toys, kids’ books, and so much more. Plus, its wide range of beautiful Christmas cards and stylish 2025 diaries will mean you’ve really got the festive season wrapped up!
By buying preloved items from local charity shops, you’ll be supporting environmentally friendly shopping, which is better for the planet, and better for your pocket too, with prices much lower than in other shops. All of the money raised through Phyllis Tuckwell’s shops will go directly towards helping fund the medical, nursing and therapeutic care, counselling support and social work advice that it provides for over 250 patients, relatives and carers every single day, including over Christmas and the New Year.
Phyllis Tuckwell is currently building a new state-of-the-art Hospice in Farnham, which will enable it to care for more people who need its support. During the project, it is continuing to offer its specialist services, from alternative locations, but as the NHS/Government only cover 25% of its costs, it has to raise over £25,000 every single day to do this.
