This year’s London Marathon was the largest marathon in history, with over 56,000 runners taking part. 20 of those were running in aid of local Hospice Care charity Phyllis Tuckwell, who would like to say a huge well done and thank you to them all.
Beautiful flowers are starting to bloom across Surrey and Hampshire, and what better way to enjoy them than with Phyllis Tuckwell’s Open Gardens?
5th-11th May is Dying Matters Awareness Week, an annual event organised by Hospice UK, which focuses on the importance of talking about dying, death and bereavement. This year, its theme is The Culture of Dying Matters.
Phyllis Tuckwell’s Farncombe shop is a real hub for the local community. Nestled in the heart of the village, it sells a wonderful array of quality, preloved items, all at low prices. Its volunteers are always on hand to chat to and help its customers, and know many of them by name. It is currently looking for more volunteers, so maybe you could join its team?
Sunday 3rd August will see the return of Phyllis Tuckwell’s hugely popular Motor Show, at an exclusive venue in Churt.
Phyllis Tuckwell would like to say a huge good luck to its amazing London Marathon runners, who will be taking on this epic challenge on Sunday 27th April.
The men's and ladies’ captains at Hankley Comon Golf Club have both chosen Phyllis Tuckwell as their charity of the year for 2025.
