Thursday 21st November is Carers’ Rights Day, which this year focuses on recognising your rights as a carer.
Local charity Phyllis Tuckwell has recently received a generous donation of £2,500 from the organisers of the Tilford Village Fete.
18th-24th November is Children’s Grief Awareness Week, which highlights the importance of providing support for children who are bereaved or whose loved one has an advanced or terminal illness.
4th-10th November is National Occupational Therapy Week. Local Hospice Care charity Phyllis Tuckwell has a team of occupational therapists (OTs) who offer a range of support to help patients who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer.
