Develop your career with us

We’re expanding our supportive, dynamic team at Phyllis Tuckwell, and are looking for nurses and health care assistants to join us! Whether you’ve got years of experience or have just qualified, we’ll teach you the specialist skills you’ll need to provide expert, compassionate palliative and end of life care, enabling you to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Join Phyllis Tuckwell's Nursing Team

You’ll care for patients in our brand-new Hospice in Farnham, which opens next spring, as well as at the Beacon Centre in Guildford, and in patients’ own homes and care homes across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire. It’s a fast-paced and exciting place to work, where you can really put your skills into practice. With excellent career development opportunities, supportive preceptorship and clinical supervision, you’ll soon see why our staff feel valued and recognised here. You’ll have a voice in improving our services and best practice, help shape our culture, and be an integral part of the specialist team that provides our exceptional care.

We’re a compassionate and caring organisation, and are proud of our inclusive ethos, where everyone is valued and respected as a unique individual.

Please help us

All our services are free, but this is only possible due to the generosity of our amazing community. The Government/NHS only provide 25% of our costs, so we need to raise over £25,000 every day to provide our vital services.

Please donate what you can to help keep hospice care available to all those in our community who need us.
