Managing your information

At Phyllis Tuckwell, we are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy.

This covers all our contacts, whether patients, carers, families, supporters, job applicants or health and social care professionals booking onto our education courses.

We may update our privacy notices, so please check back periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by placing a notice on our website. Our website and all our communications materials contain a reduced version of our privacy notice in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 and the website also displays a copy of our cookie policy.

If you query is about patient or carer information, please contact our Caldicott Guardian, Dr Cate Seton-Jones. The Caldicott Guardian is reponsible for protecting the confidentiality of patient and carer information and enabling appropriate information sharing. All our services are free, but this is only possible due to the generosity of our amazing community. The Government/NHS only provide 25% of our costs, so we need to raise over £25,000 every day to provide our vital services.
