Please note: We are currently looking at approximately 3–7 weeks for collection availability.

Alternatively, donations can be brought to our donation centres at Invincible Road, Farnborough; Dogflud Way, Farnham; and Pew Corner, Guildford, between 10am and 3pm.

Due to available storage space, our donation centres may not always be able to accept all the items you wish to donate. Donation limits may vary depending on capacity at each site. At our Invincible Road Donation Centre, we are currently able to accept a maximum of 3 bags or 3 boxes per donation. As this can change depending on available space, you are welcome to call us before making your journey.

We can take

  • Sofas and chairs
  • Bedroom furniture
  • Lounge furniture
  • Dining tables and chairs
  • Garden furniture
  • Desks and office chairs
  • Pictures and mirrors

Please note, for quality and safety reasons, Phyllis Tuckwell can only collect or accept items that are in a reusable and saleable condition, i.e. free from any wear and tear, pet damage or heavy stains. Sofas and any soft furnishings must have a valid fire safety label fully attached.

The service is operated and managed by Phyllis Tuckwell. If you have items you would like to donate, please call us on 01252 710679 or fill in the form below. Please note we are unable to accept beds, mattresses and cots.

We are limited to offering a collection service within the area defined on the map below.

Furniture photos

Gift Aid

By choosing to Gift Aid your donation, for every pound we raise on the sale of your goods, Phyllis Tuckwell will receive an extra 25p from His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs. This means that every £10 donation we receive could be turned into £12.50, at no extra cost to you. If you tick ‘Yes’ below, we will have a Gift Aid form with your details on, ready for you to sign.

We will add your contact details to our postal mailing lists, in order to provide you with information about your donation/fundraising and other ways that you can support us. We respect your personal information and privacy and will not share or sell your information to other organisations for marketing purposes.
