Funeral collections

We would also like to thank you for suggesting donations to us when those who have not needed our care are looking for a local charity to support through donations at a funeral.

By helping those who wish to donate to Phyllis Tuckwell in memory of a family member or friend, you are also supporting our work as we care for patients, families and carers who are living with an advanced or terminal illness.

We hope that offering you this information will make it easier for you to give the best and clearest information to your clients. 

We can offer special donation envelopes to those families wishing to collect donations for Phyllis Tuckwell at a funeral or memorial service. These envelopes also allow us to collect Gift Aid information for any eligible donors. If you would like to order envelopes, please call 01252 729446 or email fundraising@pth.org.uk

Much Loved

We use MuchLoved.com to host our tribute pages. Much Loved is your own special memorial website in tribute to your loved one, where you can share memories, thoughts and stories with family and friends as well as light candles, add music, photos and videos.

You can collect fundraising donations in their name, organise events, celebrate anniversaries – and much more.

We can also help you with any questions you may have about your page.

Sending in collections

Please collect all donations together and send them to us at the following address. If cheques are made payable to the Funeral Directors, please bank these and send a cheque covering the full amount made payable to Phyllis Tuckwell.

We would also be grateful if you could do the same with any cash donations made, but realise that this isn't always possible. Please send to: Headway House, Crosby Way, Farnham, GU9 7XG.

We always like to ensure that we thank families for thinking of us at this difficult time. We would therefore be very grateful if, when sending collections to us, you could let us know who we should write to in the family to ensure that we can thank them for their kindness and generosity.
