Please note, for quality and safety reasons, Phyllis Tuckwell can only collect or accept items that are in a reusable and saleable condition, i.e. free from any wear and tear, pet damage or heavy stains. Sofas and any soft furnishings must have a valid fire safety label fully attached.

The service is operated and managed by Phyllis Tuckwell. If you have items you would like to donate, please call us on 01252 710679 or fill in the form below. Please note we are unable to accept beds, mattresses and cots.

I understand that even though a collection has been arranged, items will only be collected at the driver’s discretion.

Gift Aid

By choosing to Gift Aid your donation, for every pound we raise on the sale of your goods, Phyllis Tuckwell will receive an extra 25p from His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs. This means that every £10 donation we receive could be turned into £12.50, at no extra cost to you. If you tick ‘Yes’ below, we will have a Gift Aid form with your details on, ready for you to sign.
