Donating your items to Phyllis Tuckwell
We are thriled to say that our Phyllis Tuckwell shops are now open, and we are also able to accept your kind donations at our Donation Centre in Farnham. We have missed you!
We are very keen to make sure that everything we do is Covid safe, and a quick and smooth process for you and us when you drop off your donations.
With that in mind, we are allowing our supporters to book a time slot to come and visit us at Dogflud Way (GU9 7SW), so we can make sure there is no need to queue!

Please note, due to ongoing and intermittent car park maintenance we will not be currently open to drop off donations between Monday 26th July – Saturday 31st July. If works are completed earlier, we will open up more days to take bookings. Thank you for your support, and apologies for any inconvenience.

Please note, we are experiencing a very busy time, as we are aware that many of you have been having a clear-out during lockdown. With this in mind, please be aware that we are only allowing people to donate up to 6 bags or boxes at a time.
All items that you donate are stored in quarantine for 2 days, so as you can imagine, this uses up a lot of our storage space. Please feel free to book another slot if you have more items to donate at a later date, and Saturday slots are now available (9am – 3.30pm).
The sale of your donations in our shops make up just over 40% of our income, so we really appreciate your support in what has been a tough 12 months. Every item we sell is helping us to raise the £20,000 a day we need to support the 250 patients and their families in our community every day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

What we aren’t able to accept
Sadly we are unable to accept the following….
- Soft & unboxed toys
- Used bedding & pillows
- Garden equipment
- Pet equipment
- Small electrical items
It costs us over £14,000 a year at our Donation Centre to dispose of things that are damaged or unsaleable, so please help us reduce this expenditure!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the overwhelming support of our community, we are currently experiencing a delay in being able to collect donated furniture, of OVER 6 weeks.
Support from local businesses
If you are representing an organization or company, why not give one of our ‘Donation Stations’ a home in your meeting room, offices, reception or staff canteen? These are cardboard donation stations that hold approximately 20 full donation bags of stock and come with a supply of bags to distribute amongst your staff. Our friendly collection drivers can come and empty it when it is full – you just need to let us know!
We can also provide supporting leaflets and posters to really raise awareness amongst the staff and visitors to your premises. Click the button below to order your donation station!
