Complementary Therapy

Complementary Therapies are natural, gentle, non-invasive treatments which complement traditional medical treatments. They help to restore balance emotionally, physically and spiritually. Helping a person to relax and creating a feeling of wellbeing can help with physical symptoms such as aches and pains, nausea, circulation problems and fluid retention, as well as with emotional issues such as insomnia, fear, depression and anxiety, and can bring about a spiritual feeling of wholeness and peace.

Patients can receive Complementary Therapies through our Living Well services, at home, and as an inpatient, and we also offer these therapies to the carers of our patients.
