What We Do

Hospice Care Everywhere

We provide our Hospice Care through our three main services:

  • Living Well services
  • Hospice Care at Home
  • In-Patient Unit

All three of these services are run by our Multi-Disciplinary team, who are based at Kings Lodge in Camberley, Headway House in Farnham and the Beacon Centre in Guildford, and who are supported by our Education and Training team. The services offer a range of support for adult patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness (such as cancer, heart, lung or neurological disease), helping them to make the most of their lives…because every day is precious.

All our care services are supported by our commitment to improving care throughout our community, so we have a dedicated Education & Training department, delivering programmes throughout the year.

Living Well Services

Our Living Well services are designed to help patients living with an advanced or terminal illness, and those closest to them, to manage the impact of their illness, cope with changes, improve wellbeing and remain as independent as possible.

Hospice Care at Home

Our Hospice Care at Home team gives patients, their families and carers, access to high quality, compassionate end of life care in the place they most want to be…at home, or in their care home or community hospital.

Education & Training

As a Centre for Excellence with many highly trained and specialised staff, it is part of our remit to improve Palliative Care in our community. One of the ways we do this is through the provision of training programmes.
