End of Life Care for People with Dementia

This innovative day-long course is designed especially for care home staff by the UCL Partners End of Life Team. The day will follow Lily's story, while exploring a range of issues that may be experienced at end of life.

A grant from Hospice UK and the Wolfson Foundation has enabled us to deliver this at no cost to the care homes in the Phyllis Tuckwell catchment area.

Course aims
