Hang Out With Friends on Phyllis Tuckwell Zipwire

Are you looking for somewhere new to hang out with your friends? Then check out Phyllis Tuckwell’s adrenaline-pumping zipwire event and hang out together in the skies!

This fantastic aerial activity is the perfect challenge to take on with friends. Fly through the sky together on England’s longest zipwire, at speeds of up to 60mph, 100m off the ground! As well as being a great way to hang out with friends, if you sign up in a group of four you’ll save money on your registration fees. But don’t worry if you want to take part on your own, Phyllis Tuckwell would still love you to take part and will be there to cheer you on.

The event will take place on Saturday 8th June at Hangloose Adventure, Bluewater. Individual entry is £30 and entry for a team of four is £100. Minimum sponsorship is £100 per person.

“Our zipwire is a fantastic way to spend a memorable day with your friends, and all of the money you raise will go directly towards helping fund the specialist hospice care we provide for patients and families living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer,” said Fiona Chapman, events fundraiser at Phyllis Tuckwell. “As the NHS/Government usually only covers about 20% of our costs, we have to raise over £25,000 every day. Your £100 sponsorship could pay for over four hours’ care from one of our nurses, who provide specialist nursing care for our patients, and compassionate support for their loved ones.”

So don’t hang about – sign up today! Visit www.pth.org.uk/zipwire for more information and to register.
