President
The president is figurehead for the organisation, who often represents the Hospice at formal occasions.	Chris Tuckwell (Phyllis Tuckwell's son)

Board of Trustees
The Board meet regularly and have a legal obligation to ensure that the Hospice is governed properly. Trustees also meet in sub-committee groups that focus on areas of Finance, Income Generation, Clinical Strategy and Special Projects.
