Phyllis Tuckwell Memory Meadow is a stunning floral tribute which celebrates the lives of loved ones who are no longer with us, but are never forgotten.
Its colourful mix of flowers blooms every year between February and May* as a reminder of those dear to us, and we would like to invite you to a special remembrance event to celebrate the lives of those loved ones.
*Please note that we are expecting the mix of flowers to bloom between February and May, but this is subject to change depending on environmental factors.
Our remembrance event is taking place at Memory Meadow, on Saturday 22nd April from 10:30am to 12pm. Memory Meadow is located in Guildford’s Stoke Park, at the Nightingale Road entrance.
The service, starting at 11:00am, will feature inspiring readings and songs sung by a local choir and will finish at approximately 12noon. Tea and coffee will be available from 10:30am. After the service you will then have a chance to walk around the Meadow, reflecting, remembering and celebrating the life of your loved one in the beautiful surroundings.
As part of this event you are invited to make a dedication online on our virtual Memory Meadow in memory of someone special. All those attending the event will be given a Book of Remembrance, which will include a list of all those being remembered. Please make sure your dedication reaches us by Friday 7th April in order for it to be included in the Book.
As well as writing a dedication in memory of someone dear to you, we hope that you will also consider making a donation to support our vital work, caring for those facing a terminal illness. Anything you give will help us to continue caring for and supporting local patients, families and carers, when and where they need us most.
