A healthy and content team enables us to provide the best care to patients and their families, and our regular Wellbeing Days offer all staff cholesterol, blood pressure and heart rate checks, as well as a free complementary therapy taster session, where you can enjoy reflexology, head massage or hand massage.
We offer expectant mothers up to 26 weeks ordinary maternity leave, and up to 26 weeks additional maternity leave, making a total of 52 weeks, providing they have at least 26 weeks of continuous service with PTHC. We offer new fathers occupational paternity pay, providing they have at least 26 weeks of continuous service with PTHC.
